Birthday Yoga Festival

Presented by YOGAMOTIF, the Birthday Yoga Fest centered reproductive justice for women of color during a festive day of healing. Centering brown bodies and inviting all to celebrate, this occasion honors the womb, the original birthplace, our abilities to birth, and heal our most sacred spaces.

Black Maternal Health Week

Partnered with New Voices for Reproductive and community partners to offer free YOGAMOTIF memberships and workshops to support Black women and people who birth.

Nurture & Nourish Yoga: Perinatal Yoga Teacher Training

Delivered trauma-sensitive prenatal instruction to 85-hour Prenatal Yoga teachers in training with integrated movement, breathwork, lecture, and discussion sessions
